Sarah started windsurfing on holiday when she was 8 years old and has never looked back. Now competing on the Professional World Tour for Great Britain in the slalom discipline, in 2019 she posted her highest ranking to date finishing 11th in the World Cup in Denmark and first U21. In 2018 she won her first World Title, finishing top of the Youth rankings in the IFCA World Championships. This victory has motivated Sarah to strive for further success on the World scene and she is determined to stand on the top of the podium at a Pro World Cup event.

2020, like for many athletes, has been a tough year for Sarah, starting with a concussion in February and just as she returned to the water, all national and international competitions were cancelled. She has however put a positive outlook on the whole situation and used the downtime to finish her degree, gaining a first class honours from the University of Bath. She is now looking on to the 2021 season with high hopes and training hard on and off the water ready for this challenge.
