We support clients with complex rehabilitation needs, including MSK, neurological, respiratory and orthopaedic conditions.
Do you work with case management companies?
Yes. We regularly work with case managers and insurers, providing coordinated rehabilitation and timely clinical reporting.
Where can treatment take place?
We can treat clients at home, in any of our five clinics, in either of our gyms, or through a combination of all three.
Who will oversee the case?
Every client is assigned both a dedicated clinical manager and a dedicated admin manager to ensure smooth communication and organisation.
Do your clinicians have the required checks and training?
Yes. All staff have enhanced DBS checks, full insurance, and complete our comprehensive mandatory training.
Can you work within a multi-disciplinary team?
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with MDTs and contribute to meetings and joint decision making.
What professionals are on your team?
Our team includes over 30 physiotherapists, rehab assistants, clinical support staff and a podiatrist.
How soon can you provide reports for insurers?
We deliver timely, accurate reports as required to support case progression and funding decisions.
