What is included in the 6-week rehabilitation package?
The package includes daily physiotherapy, a personalised exercise plan, participation in Physiofit classes, mobility and transfer practice, and a home assessment to support safe discharge.
What support does Long Stone Manor provide during my stay?
You’ll receive full care and support, tailored assistance with your exercise plans, freshly prepared meals, access to activities and landscaped gardens, housekeeping, laundry, and optional transport to medical appointments.
Who is this programme suitable for?
It’s ideal for people recovering from illness, injury or surgery, or anyone who needs structured rehabilitation, mobility support, and supervised recovery in a supported environment.
How often will I receive physiotherapy?
You’ll receive five therapy sessions per week delivered by a specially trained physiotherapist.
Do you offer support after discharge?
Yes. You’ll have access to our community “Physiofit for Later Life” classes for six months after leaving the programme.
Is additional therapy available?
Additional therapy sessions can be arranged either during your stay or at home if needed.

Alongside high-quality accommodation, residents receive help with personal care, mobility and day-to-day activities, as well as tailored support to follow their Physiofit exercise plans. Freshly prepared meals, landscaped gardens, an activities programme and an on-site cinema create a calm and enjoyable setting, while housekeeping, laundry and optional transport ensure every aspect of daily living is taken care of.
