Booking an online appointment
If you choose to book an appointment online, you will need to provide us with your full name, email address, date of birth and mobile number so that we can register you as a new patient or book the appointment to the right patient account.


We use a system called PPS provided by Rushcliff Limited. They hold your data in state-of-the-art secure UK data centres managed by iomart, one of the UK’s leading data centre providers. They are ISO 27001 certified and employ an array of methods to ensure that your data is kept safe, secure and accessible including:
• An Enterprise class firewall system that prevents unauthorised access to the servers and data.
• Redundant hardware ensures that failure of a component piece of hardware does not cause loss of
access to systems or loss of data.
• Physical security is provided through 24/7/365 data centre staffing and with CCTV cameras, motion
detectors and a secure key fob access system.


How do we use this information?
Any personal data you submit will be retained by Physiofit Ltd for as long as you use the services provided on the website. Data that you may submit through any communications system that we may provide may be retained for a longer period of up to six months.
We only use the information from cookies for statistical analysis purposes. Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website, by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not in order to improve the content and usability. We can learn about the number of visitors to our site and the type of technology that our visitors use.
