Lucy qualified with a first-class honours degree in Physiotherapy in 2019 from the University of Nottingham and is about to graduate from Lady Margaret College, University of Oxford with a Masters in Science specialising in Musculoskeletal Research in November 2020. Lucy is a lead UK researcher in Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S) and has two published medical research papers on the subject. She provides master class talks and presentations for Universities, GB Sports and schools across the country. Lucy also has a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage and has advanced training in concussion rehabilitation in athletes.
Lucy has rowed competitively for the GB Universities rowing team and was due to race in the 2020 Oxford and Cambridge Boat race, which was cancelled due to Covid-19. Her international experience as a lightweight rower provides her with a thorough understanding of athlete health and rehabilitation. Lucy is passionate about fitness and sports including skiing and the clinical application of Pilates. Lucy is personable, enthusiastic, highly motivated and has a strong work ethic striving for the best in everything she does.
