Aine qualified in 2018 with BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy having previously gained a Diploma in Sports Management and a BSc in Public Health and Health Promotion.
She has a breadth of NHS experience before specializing in musculoskeletal physiotherapy where she is now a senior physiotherapist within the NHS. Aine has furthered her knowledge through post-graduate training and is now a qualified pilates instructor, which she enjoys implementing into patients’ treatment plans. Aine prides herself on a patient-centered approach to reaching patients’ goals and potential through rehabilitation, particularly sporting injuries.
Outside of work, Aine is a keen sportswoman. Having represented Ireland Hockey at the international level and playing in the England Hockey Premier League with Bowdon Ladies 1s, she is aware of the demands required on the body to perform and how a setback of an injury may affect an athlete.
