Payment and Insurance
Physiofit are registered with most health insurance companies. We are able to bill some insurance companies directly and these rates may vary according to the contract we have with them. When making your appointment please inform us of your policy number and authorisation number.
Occasionally some insurers may struggle to find us on their list. We are registered with nearly all companies so please call us for our provider number.
Self-funding patients must pay after each appointment. We accept debit and credit card and cash payments.
Physiofit has undergone a rigorous process to be selected as a “Qualified Provider” of physiotherapy for patients within the Cheshire CCG. To receive treatment at Physiofit under the NHS scheme you must be registered at any ECCCG surgery and can either be referred by a doctor or self-refer via the triage system.
For NHS treatment, you can visit the NHS website and complete a self-referral form ensuring that you tick the box for Physiofit, and the referral is sent to us directly. https://physio.easterncheshireccg.nhs.uk/
