Shilpa Bhatia

Shilpa obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham and has since completed other professional courses such as APPI Pilates and acupuncture. Her first role as a physiotherapist was for the Heart of Birmingham NHS team.

She moved to Manchester joining Central Manchester intermediate care working for an elderly rehab team. From here she progressed to a senior dementia role in Macclesfield hospital working alongside the mental health team. 

After starting a family Shilpa joining our At Home Team focusing on her specialist area of later life rehab. Shilpa says, “With all my clients I aim for them to be as functionally independent as possible by ensuring they follow a tailored programme enabling them to reach their goals.”
